Go to the app.sign.global official page and connect your EVM wallet, for e.g Metamask, then click the Create Schema button, the following settings panel will open, which we will interact with:

Set any name and description, select the blockchain and click the Next button. In the next step, enter any desired field name and select its type, for example, String. In the Advanced Settings step, the contract field can be left empty. All that remains is to sign the transaction, the commission will vary depending on which network you choose in the first step.
